This website is an independent community project providing standings and race result aggregation for indoor cycling events hosted on the ROUVY platform.
This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by ROUVY. ROUVY trademarks and platform services remain the property of their respective owners.
Purpose of the Site
The purpose of this site is to:
- Display race event schedules and participants
- Aggregate race event results
- Compute race series standings
- Publish community race information and rankings
Use of ROUVY API Data
This site accesses data authorised through the ROUVY API and does not collect or store rider login credentials.
Event and activity data retrieved through the API is used solely for the operation of the race series standings and related reporting features.
Accuracy of Results
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, race results and standings may contain errors, omissions, delayed updates, or changes resulting from API corrections or revised event data.
Final interpretation of standings and competition rules remains at the discretion of the race organiser.
Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Attempt to interfere with operation of the site
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
- Copy or republish site content in a misleading or deceptive manner
Availability of Service
This is a community-operated project provided on an "as available" basis. Availability and uptime are not guaranteed.
Features, standings calculations, or data availability may change at any time without notice.
External Services
This site depends on external services including the ROUVY API and GitHub Pages. Interruptions or changes to those services may affect site functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator shall not be liable for any loss, damages, disputes, training decisions, or competition outcomes arising from use of this site or reliance upon published standings or data.
Withdrawal Requests
Participants may withdraw from the Series at any time by contacting the project administrator using the details shown below. Withdrawal from the Series does not automatically result in deletion of personal data. Data deletion requests are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically as the project evolves. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
